Our Counselors

Meet The Counselors

I am an EMDR and yoga trained psychotherapist specializing in guiding older teens and adults through the challenges of anxiety and depression stemming from trauma, life transitions, and attachment issues. Whether addressing challenging topics, delving into deep-seated trauma, or giving voice to thoughts you never imagined uttering, my focus is on providing support. I develop therapeutic and creative life plans, encouraging you to explore your true emotions and take ownership of your story. In my downtime I enjoy reading, watching old tv shows, and connecting with my kiddo. I love to create new ideas and write on topics in a personal journal and my self care strategies include yoga and rest!  I also aspire to live and travel throughout different countries later in my life.
